Buddha Birth Day Festival

The Beaufort Central household + Christopher went to the Supreme Court Gardens this evening for the event. Unlike Vesak Day in Sg, this seems to be a lil' more like River Ang Pow during CNY. The theme was very much different as well - Harmony in Diversity. Where all race and religion gather together for a fun-fair, food like festival.

Anyway, before the end of it, there was this.... for a good 10 min.

In the Dharma words by Venerable master Hsing Yun:

Compassion is the core,
altruism is the door;
Compassion conveys the morals of Buddhism;
Appropriate services for others conveys the wisdom of universal matters.
